Jacques Ferber offers UPS ground shipping unless specified by the customer. 2nd day shipping is also available. US shipping only, no shipments to Canada.

Returns and exchanges on full-priced merchandise are accepted in-store or by insured FedEx or UPS within 10 business days of receipt of purchase. For shipping instructions please email [email protected] and we will reply with a return authorization code, which is valid for 5 days.

Merchandise must remain in its original sale condition, accompanied by the original invoice with all tags attached. Full refunds to the original method of payment only. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Worn or damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange. All sale, altered, custom, or personalized merchandise is final sale.
